Merger Loopia and Servage

Loopia AB and Servage GmBH merger

The board of Directors of Loopia AB “Loopia” and Servage “GmBH” have agreed on a combination of Loopia and Servage. The Merger will be implemented by Loopia absorbing Servage.

Shareholders, creditors, and employees in/of the participating companies may comment on the merger plan. Such comments may be submitted to the Participating companies no later than five (5) business days prior to the board of directors’ decision to apply for authorization to execute the merger plan with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
